Forza Motorsport 6: Apex is a free-to-play version of the popular Forza racing game, designed on the same platform as its predecessor, Forza Motorsport 6. The game is available for both PC (as Forza Motorsport 6 Apex) and Xbox users (on Xbox as Forza Motorsport 6). On Xbox, it uses the power of the Xbox One. On PC, it uses Windows 10.
Forza has two distinctive franchises for their racing games. The first is Forza Horizon which deals with arcade-type racing genre. The second is Forza Motorsport, which deals with the simulation-type racing genre. Forza Motorsport 6: Apex falls on the latter segment as it deals with the simulation of real cars and their mechanics.
The game includes both day and night cycle, including rainfall patterns as well. The game is expected to provide the user with almost seventy hours of gameplay. It showcases the real-world models of almost more than 450 cars and 27 race tracks across all of the major countries in the world. The game not only includes a single-player campaign but also a Player versus Player multiplayer mode as well, where every player competes against each other in a single race.
