A WK4 file contains a spreadsheet that has been created using the IBM Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program that is included as part of the Lotus SmartSuite software bundle. The file stores all of its data in organized rows and columns.
Early versions of Excel could import and use WK4 file, but it stopped supporting the file from the 2007 edition and onwards.
