The Angry Birds crew head to Brazil for some rest, relaxation, and of course, some more bashing. Help them rescue their tropical brethren that have been captured and sent to Rio de Janeiro. Bash through cages, obstacles and marmosets. While the gameplay may be similar, the environment has a new tropical feel with plenty of color and characters. The game was created to be loosely based on the hit 2011 film Rio, and features many of the main characters from that film, and is the first in the series that doesn’t have pigs as the main protagonists. It is also the first to feature moving characters in the form of bosses, on certain levels.
