Task Force 141 plays an important part in this game and consists of Soap MacTavish, Captain Price, and Yuri. The game is all about hunting a Russian terrorist; Vladimir Makarov.
The game has received positive reviews from the users and critics alike. It won the award for Best Shooter in 2011. The game is so popular that as many as 6.5 million copies were sold in the US and UK within the first 24 hours of going on sale.
