How did you come to creating this software?
In our busy life we deal with many dozens of tasks, hundreds of emails and files every day. Key idea was to simplify and organize it with use of new visual appearance, compact and easy presentation. Second task was to optimize effort by clear prioritizing in order to gain effectiveness and efficiency. And third, to automate activity for user where possible to save his/her time. We, as we believe, solved these tasks.
We created possibility to keep all needed information on one page with clear priorities. All your tasks, emails, files are one click away. Building and updating your plans take literally seconds. Powerful visual appearance allows gaining bird’s eye view, and then create quickly tactical weekly schedule, visualize your workload and performance. What are the key benefits of the software compare with alternatives?
We made an attempt to be different in everything we do. We went away from classical hierarchy style of common task management software and turned it to bright, colorful, and user-comfortable compact appearance. We designed a compact presentation of tasks which is completely different from any existed before. Instead of manual priority settings our app makes it automatically, as user visually evaluates importance and urgency of tasks. Our genuine feature of auto emails sorting sets new standards of working with hundreds of emails in a simple and efficient way.
There are many features differ us from the others, such as new approach of emails follow up, creation of play list of files for quick access. And, finally, there is a new original appearance of weekly schedules with easy visual performance tracking. We used the power of visualization and turn it into simple solutions for our customers. Now managing vast volume of data, emails, and many dozens tasks became easier, faster, and yet enjoyable.
Where do you see the software 2 years from now?
We are working on launching our application under different platforms, such as Android and iOS to make it mobile. We are working on more advanced methods of data handling and automation. And we have plenty of ideas how to make powerful tools for improving personal productivity that would be useful for our customers. Stay tuned!
