The CWK file is used to store documents that have been created using Apple’s AppleWorks or the ClarisWorks suite of software applications.
The CWK file can denote a word processing file, a spreadsheet or a presentation. The file can be opened by the iWork suite, sold by Apple, but it must first be exported by the AppleWorks program.
